Pahalgam Tourists Died in Kashmir Attack

The gunmen launched their attack on April 22, 2025, against tourists who had come to visit Kashmir. The sources show that 26 people died, whereas 17 more suffered injuries in this event. An attack took place in the vicinity of Pahalgam, where many tourists and resort-goers frequently visit.

The Kashmiris claim that the group that is responsible for this attack was the people who were involved in the protests on the settlement of outsiders in the region. The attackers fired weapons at the tourists from a very close range and made it the deadliest attack in recent years.
